Terms of Use

The rules for using this website. They are short enough to read in one sitting, and they matter more than most visitors expect: they explain exactly what the firm is, and equally what it is not.

AT A GLANCE

4 October 2026

Terms of Use, version 1.0. These terms govern access to and use of this website only. They do not replace the engagement letter, mandate or service agreement signed for any paid work.

Stable Wave Consultants Pvt Ltd, CIN [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: CIN], registered office at [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: registered office address]. Correspondence to 2nd Floor, Sterling Plaza, Hiranandani Road, Powai, Mumbai 400076.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing, browsing or using this website in any way — including reading a page, downloading a document, submitting an enquiry form, or contacting an advisor — you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. If you accept them on behalf of a company, partnership, trust or association, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity, and you accept these terms personally as well.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally competent to enter into a contract in India, and that any business entity you represent is duly constituted and registered under Indian law. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

These terms sit alongside, and are read together with, our Privacy Policy and our Disclosures. Where the three conflict, the signed engagement letter for the specific work prevails over all three. If you are using the site on behalf of a client entity, their instructions govern the engagement and these terms govern only your use of the site.

The firm reviews these terms annually and on any material change to the business. The version number and date at the top of this page identify the terms that apply to your visit.

2. ABOUT THE FIRM AND THE ROLE IT PLAYS

Stable Wave Consultants Pvt Ltd is an independent consulting firm. It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Mutual Fund Distributor under registration number [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: SEBI mutual fund distributor registration number]. It is not a bank, a non-banking finance company, an authorised institution, or a systemically important financial institution. The firm does not lend money, does not hold client funds, does not maintain a trading account of its own in client name, and does not issue any financial instrument.

2.1 What the firm does

• Prepares and submits loan applications to third-party lenders on your instruction, and tracks them through credit appraisal and sanction.
• Distributes mutual fund schemes as a SEBI-registered distributor, and provides goal-linked investment planning on a disclosed-fee basis.
• Provides management consulting on unit economics, pricing, cash-flow modelling and reporting, under a written mandate.
• Gives general education on financial products, published on this site, that carries no charge and no obligation.

2.2 What the firm does not do

• It does not lend, discount, underwrite, guarantee, co-sign or provide any credit guarantee for a facility.
• It does not hold, pool or manage client money. Funds payable to a lender are paid to the lender directly, never to the firm.
• It is not a registered investment adviser or portfolio manager, and it does not provide investment advice that is tailored to your individual circumstances except under a signed mandate with a documented suitability assessment.
• It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not authorised to practise law or accountancy. Engage your own qualified adviser for those.

3. NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY BROWSING

Reading this site, downloading a checklist, or comparing a rate band does not make you a client of the firm, and it does not create any duty owed to you, any obligation to act in your favour, or any entitlement to information. A relationship between the firm and a client arises only when both parties sign a written engagement letter or mandate, and the scope of that relationship is set out in that document.

Nothing on this site — including the presence of an application form, a contact form, a free consultation offer, or a published eligibility criterion — is an offer capable of acceptance, a contract, or a commitment to perform work. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted, nothing more. Until a signed document exists, the firm is under no obligation to respond, to keep any information confidential on the basis of a client relationship, or to continue considering any enquiry.

Equally, the firm's silence is not an approval of anything you have submitted. A file does not progress because nothing objected to it.

4. THE NATURE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THIS SITE

Everything published here is general financial information. It is written for a broad audience, it is not tailored to your income, your tax position, your liabilities, your time horizon or your risk tolerance, and it must not be relied on as personalised advice. No advisor on this site has seen your financial statements or spoken to you about your circumstances unless you have separately told them, and even then what they have advised you is set out in a signed document rather than on a web page.

4.1 Indicative figures

Interest rates, tenures, fees, eligibility thresholds, amounts, processing timelines and product features shown on this site are indicative bands prepared for general guidance. They are not quotations, offers, commitments or a representation of what any lender will actually do. Actual terms are set by the lender in its own sanction letter, may differ materially, and may change without notice to us or to you. Currency amounts are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Accuracy is a duty, not a guarantee

We prepare our content in good faith, from sources we believe to be reliable, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not however warrant that the site is complete, current, accurate or free of error, that it will be available at any particular time, or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Laws, tax rates, RBI policy, scheme terms and market conditions change; a page that was accurate when written may not be accurate now. Check the date on any page before relying on it.

4.3 Risks you must understand yourself

Investments in securities and market instruments are subject to market risk. The value of an investment and the income from it can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and on tax law that may change. Loan obligations are contractual: interest and repayment are payable whether or not the business performs as forecast. Before acting, read all scheme-related documents, including the Key Information Document, the Statement of Additional Information, the Scheme Information Document and the addenda.

Full regulatory and product risk disclosures appear on our Disclosures page, which forms part of these terms.

5. PERMITTED USE AND PROHIBITED USE

5.1 What you may do

You may read the site, print a page for your own records, download a document we have published for general circulation, share a link to a page with your adviser or family, and contact us through any of the channels published on the contact page. That is the full extent of the permission granted.

5.2 What you must not do

• No scraping or systematic extraction. Do not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, browser extensions or any automated means to collect, harvest or extract content from this site, whether manually requested or at scale.
• No bulk or automated downloading. Do not mirror, replicate, cache deeply, or download the site or any substantial part of it in bulk.
• No commercial reproduction. Do not republish, resell, redistribute, license or otherwise commercially exploit our content, including in a paid course, newsletter, comparison service, aggregator or training material.
• No impersonation or false attribution. Do not present yourself as the firm, an advisor, or an authorised representative, and do not attribute any statement to the firm that it has not made.
• No misleading use of our identity. Do not use the firm's name or marks in your own marketing, in a way that suggests a partnership, an endorsement or a client relationship.
• No tampering or interference. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, upload malicious code, introduce a virus, or disrupt the service for anyone else.
• No unlawful or abusive use. Do not use the site to transmit unsolicited bulk messages, advertising, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• No fee or consultation booking without confirmation. No professional is bound by a slot shown on the site, and no fee is payable until it is confirmed in writing by the firm.

Breach of this clause may result in suspension of your access, termination of any engagement, refusal of service, and recovery of damages. Where the breach is deliberate or commercially motivated, the firm also reserves the right to report it to the competent authority and to pursue proceedings.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This website and everything on it — including the wordmark "Stable Wave", the logo and emblem, the wave device, the colour scheme, the page and typographic design, the layout, the iconography, the photographs and illustrations, the articles, the checklists, the calculators, the rate and eligibility tables, and the underlying source code — is owned by Stable Wave Consultants Pvt Ltd or is used by the firm under licence, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1970, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000 together with all other applicable law.

6.1 What you may do with our material

You may quote a short extract from a published page, with the source identified, in a document of your own for legitimate professional or personal reference. You may print a page for your records and you may share a link to it. You may not alter our material or present it in a way that changes its meaning.

6.2 Feedback

If you send us a suggestion, correction or idea about the site, you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it without restriction or payment, and you confirm that you have the right to do so. We are under no obligation to respond, to credit you, or to implement anything you suggest.

6.3 Enforcement

Rights in the name and marks "Stable Wave", the logo, the emblem and the colour identity are asserted actively. The firm holds the registrations listed below and will take action against any unauthorised use that is likely to cause confusion or damage: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: Trade Marks Registry application or registration numbers for the firm name and logo, if any].

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and platforms — a lender's portal, a scheme's Key Information Document, a registrar's or custodian's site, a credit information company's report, a government or regulator filing, a social media platform, a mapping service or a messaging application. We include such links because they are useful to you, and we do so in good faith.

We do not control, endorse, sponsor, monitor or accept responsibility for any third-party website, its content, its accuracy, its completeness, its availability, its security, its privacy practices, or the products or services it offers. A link does not mean we have reviewed, approved, recommended or arranged whatever is on the other end of it. If you follow a link out of this site, you do so at your own risk and under the terms of that other provider's own website, which may be materially different from these.

Where we reproduce third-party content — a published rate table, a regulatory notice, a chart — it is done so with attribution, for general information, and it remains the property of its owner. Where the owner has asked us to link rather than to reproduce, we link and we do not restate. Nothing in this clause limits the firm's responsibility for its own content or for work it has performed under a signed engagement.

8. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stable Wave Consultants Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, advisors and partners, from and against any loss, damage, cost, expense, penalty, fine or claim of any nature, including reasonable legal and professional fees, arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these terms; your use of the site in a way that is unlawful or contrary to clause 5; your unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of our content; any misrepresentation you make to us or to a lender in connection with a facility; any falsified, altered or doctored document you submit to us or to a lender; any breach of the engagement letter or mandate signed for any paid work; or the conduct of any person you permit to use the site on your behalf.

The indemnity in this clause does not apply to the extent that a loss results from the firm's own fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence, and does not apply to the extent that applicable law does not permit it.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 No guarantee of outcome

The firm does not warrant, and gives no promise, that any loan application will be sanctioned; that any lender will agree to any particular interest rate, tenure, amount, collateral requirement or covenant; that any investment will generate a return, or any particular return; or that any business outcome described in any published material will be achieved. Sanction, pricing and disbursement are decisions of the lender alone, made on the lender's own credit appraisal.

9.2 Exclusion of indirect loss

Subject to the following sub-clauses and to applicable law, the firm is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, damage to reputation, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, in each case whether direct or indirect, and whether or not foreseeable, arising out of your use of this site or of any reliance on its content.

9.3 Cap on liability for this site

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: monetary cap on the firm's aggregate liability arising from use of the website, expressed as an amount in rupees] or, if the firm elects to, the amount you actually paid to use a paid feature of the site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9.4 Liability under an engagement letter

Clauses 9.1 to 9.3 apply to this website. They do not apply to work performed under a signed engagement letter, mandate or service agreement, which is governed by its own limitation provisions and by the professional standard of care appropriate to it. The firm carries professional indemnity cover for its advisory work: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: name of the professional indemnity insurer and the limit of cover].

9.5 Third-party acts

The firm is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any lender, asset management company, registrar, custodian, credit information company or other third party with whom you deal, and does not warrant their solvency, creditworthiness or conduct. Where you transact with them, your relationship, and your remedies, are with them.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by an event beyond that party's reasonable control. Such events include acts of God and natural disaster; epidemic, pandemic and public health measures; war, terrorism, civil unrest and military action; government or regulatory action, order, embargo or sanction; failure of telecommunications, power, internet or payment networks; failure or unavailability of a third-party cloud, hosting, email or payment service provider; strike, lockout, industrial dispute or labour action; insolvency of a counterparty; fire and flood; and any change in law or market conditions that makes performance unlawful or commercially impossible.

The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable, must use reasonable endeavours to mitigate, and must resume performance as soon as the event permits. If an event of force majeure continues for more than [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: period in days after which a prolonged force majeure event permits either party to terminate], either party may terminate its engagement with immediate effect on written notice, without liability for the termination, save for charges already accrued.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, whether contractual or non-contractual, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Subject to clause 11.2, the courts at [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: city and state of the courts that will have exclusive jurisdiction, for example Mumbai, Maharashtra] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11.1 Pre-litigation resolution

Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by written notice under clause 13 and to engage in good-faith discussion for not less than [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of days of good-faith discussion required before proceedings may be commenced] from the date of the notice. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction at any time.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved under clause 11.1 shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of arbitrators — a sole arbitrator is standard for matters of this size], appointed by mutual agreement, or failing agreement within [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of days for appointment of an arbitrator] by the relevant authority under the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: seat and place of arbitration]. The proceedings, the award and the materials exchanged in connection with them are confidential. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The existence of the arbitration, the award and the reasons for it are subject to clause 11.3.

11.3 Prevailing statutory forums are unaffected

Nothing in these terms limits your right to approach, or the right of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Reserve Bank of India, the relevant ombudsman scheme, the Cyber Appellate Tribunal or any other authority to exercise, its statutory jurisdiction. Clauses 11.1 and 11.2 do not apply to a complaint made in good faith to a regulator, ombudsman or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, and the firm will support the resolution of such a complaint.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The version number and the "last updated" date at the top of this page always identify the terms in force at the moment you access the site. Where an amendment materially affects you, the firm gives notice by email to registered clients and by a notice on the contact page not less than [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of days' notice of a material change to these terms] before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the site after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the site; we will consider that you have accepted them until you tell us otherwise in writing. Superseded versions are archived internally and may be produced on request.

Separate, earlier written agreement may expressly state that it is unaffected by any change to these terms. A signed engagement letter always prevails over this page, and the firm's obligations of confidentiality and of professional care in respect of work already performed do not diminish with any change made here.

13. GRIEVANCE AND CONTACT DETAILS

Questions about these terms, and complaints about the site or about a service interaction with the firm, go to the Grievance Officer. The Officer is independent of the advisor you may already be dealing with and reports directly to the firm's management. The same channel handles a data protection request; our Privacy Policy explains how.

A complaint should be made in writing and should describe what happened, when, and what outcome the complainant is seeking. The firm acknowledges a complaint within [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of working days within which the firm acknowledges a complaint] and provides a reasoned written response within [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: number of working days within which the firm provides a reasoned response to a complaint]. If the outcome is not satisfactory, the complaint escalates to the firm's Managing Director. For a complaint that concerns a lender's decision rather than the firm's conduct, the firm's Disclosures page sets out the correct ombudsman and regulator pathway.

BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS

The questions that come up every time a new reader finishes clause 2 and wonders whether the firm is on the lender's side or theirs. Ours.

If the terms are acceptable, talk to a person

Nothing here commits you to anything, and nothing on the site can sanction a loan or move a rupee. A first conversation costs nothing and usually ends with a written summary of your options — which you keep whether or not you engage us.
