Investments
A portfolio that answers to your goal, not the market. SEBI-registered mutual fund distribution, goal-linked planning, and a review discipline that keeps your risk in proportion to your actual time horizon.
WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF PICKING WINNERS
Nobody consistently forecasts markets, and any adviser who claims otherwise is selling something. What can be managed reliably is behaviour, cost, time horizon and asset allocation — and those four things account for the overwhelming majority of long-term investor outcomes.
So we ignore the noise. We size your risk correctly, keep fees and churn low, and keep you invested through the periods when staying invested is uncomfortable but obviously correct in hindsight.
• Goal before product — we start from what the money is for, not from what is available to buy.
• Low churn, low cost — we do not earn from switching, so we rarely recommend it.
• Fixed review cadence — quarterly by default, whether or not the market is doing something.
• Written rationale — every allocation change is documented before it is executed.
FOUR INVESTMENT SERVICES
Goal-Based Financial Planning — we map every goal to a number, a date and a required return, then work backwards to the monthly amount required. Retirement, a child's education, a business handover and a home purchase are planned as one balance sheet, not four separate silos.
Mutual Fund Advisory — direct and regular plans across large-cap, mid-cap, small-cap, flexi-cap, index and hybrid categories, selected for consistency of process rather than last year's return table. SIP / STP structuring, lumpsum deployment and goal-linked fund tagging.
Debt & Conservative Products — for capital that must be available on a specific date: corporate bonds, government securities, bank and post-office instruments, and duration-matched short-duration funds.
Portfolio Review & Rebalancing — a structured quarterly health check on concentration, cost drag, fund performance against category, tax efficiency and drift from your intended allocation.
ALLOCATION FOLLOWS THE HORIZON
The further away your money is needed, the more risk it can reasonably carry. The nearer the goal, the more the portfolio must behave like the instrument it is meant to be.
• 0 – 3 years (tax, expansion capex): debt & liquid funds — low volatility
• 3 – 7 years (home, equipment): conservative hybrid + debt — low to moderate
• 7 – 15 years (child's education): balanced / flexi-cap — moderate
• 15+ years (retirement corpus): equity-led allocation — higher
Illustrative framework only. Asset allocation does not guarantee returns, and equity investments are subject to market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

THINGS INVESTORS ASK US
How do you get paid?
On investments we receive trail or upfront distribution commissions from the AMC, disclosed in the document you sign. We do not charge a separate percentage of your assets. Where we also provide advisory services, that fee is a fixed, separately stated figure.
What if the market falls right after I invest?
That is the most likely scenario and we plan for it in advance. Money needed within three years does not go into equities in our framework. For longer horizons, drawdowns are the entry price, not a signal to sell.
Can you review a portfolio built elsewhere?
Yes, and it is often the most valuable review we do. We assess concentration, cost drag, fund selection and drift against your actual goals, and give you a written view — including when no change is needed.
BRING YOUR HOLDINGS. WE'LL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM.
A free 45-minute review of your current investments — no obligation, and a written summary either way.
